Equality Before the Law: The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.
Article 19 A
Protection of certain rights regarding freedom of speech, etc - All Citizens shall have the right to freedom of speech and expression.
Protection of life and personal liberty- No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to the procedure established by law.

Parliament has the power to make any laws for the whole or any part of the territory of India for implementing any treaty, agreement or convention with any other country or countries or any decision made at any international conference, association or any body.
Article 21 A
Right To Education- The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of six to fourteen years in such manner as the State may, by law, determine.
Right to work- The state shall, within the limits of of its economic capacity and development, make effective provisions for securing the right to work in cases of unemployment, old age, sickness and disablement and in other cases of undeserved want.
